At Xenos Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Xenos branded packaging to ensure protection during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
